RETURN TERMS
This universal return policy applies equally to all consumer orders on this platform, with no preferential terms for any order type.
Full refund qualification: Items stay unused, original packaged, with valid purchase proof provided upon return submission.
Limited partial refund will be issued for the following cases: Product with obvious signs of use; Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All return logistics expenses are borne by purchasers. The platform is not responsible for transit accidents. Order modification is only permitted before order processing completion.
